You can request a return or exchange if:
The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
All tags and packaging are intact
You request within 7 days of delivery
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Customized or made-to-order products
Products purchased under clearance or final sale
Items showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer

Our team will guide you through the next steps, including pickup or drop-off options
If the return is due to defect or wrong product, we will cover return shipping.
If returned for personal reasons (size, style change, etc.), shipping charges may apply.
Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.
Once the original item is received and verified, the replacement item will be shipped within 3–5 business days, subject to availability.
If you receive a defective or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a prompt replacement at no extra cost.
