At Mad-O-Wat Denims, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Refund and Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

1. Returns

1.1. Eligibility: You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

1.2. Proof of Purchase: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

1.3. Non-returnable Items: Certain items are exempt from being returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items marked as final sale

2. Refunds

2.1. Inspection: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

2.2. Approval: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

2.3. Partial Refunds: There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

3. Exchanges

3.1. Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@madowatdenims.com 

3.2. Wrong Size or Fit: If you need to exchange an item due to size or fit issues, please contact us at support@madowatdenims.com to arrange the exchange.

4. Shipping

4.1. Return Shipping: To return your product, you should mail your product to: 213,Maruti Garment Hub Khanna Compound, Jogeshwari East, Mumbai, Maharashtra 400060. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

4.2. Exchanges Shipping: If you are approved for an exchange, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item to be sent to you.

4.3. Shipping Time: Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

5. Refund Delays

5.1. Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@mad-o-watdenims.com.

6. Sale Items

6.1. Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
