At MadowatDenim, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with easy return and exchange options.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

You can request a return or exchange if:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags and packaging are intact

  • You request within 7 days of delivery


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Customized or made-to-order products

  • Products purchased under clearance or final sale

  • Items showing signs of wear or damage caused by the customer


3. How to Request a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Email us at support@madowatdenim.com

  2. Mention your order number and reason for return/exchange

  3. Our team will guide you through the next steps, including pickup or drop-off options


4. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to defect or wrong product, we will cover return shipping.

  • If returned for personal reasons (size, style change, etc.), shipping charges may apply.


5. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method or as store credit, based on your preference.


6. Exchange Process

  • Once the original item is received and verified, the replacement item will be shipped within 3–5 business days, subject to availability.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a prompt replacement at no extra cost.
