1.2. Order Confirmation and Tracking: You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. When your order has shipped, you will receive another email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

2.1. Domestic Shipping:

- Expedited Shipping: [2-3] business days - Rs. 90
- Overnight Shipping: [1] business day - Rs. 150

2.2. International Shipping:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

4.1. Shipment Confirmation: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

5.1. International Orders: Mad-O-Wat Denims is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Damages

6.1. Damaged Items: Mad-O-Wat Denims is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

7. Shipping Restrictions

7.1. Shipping Restrictions: Some items cannot be shipped to certain destinations due to size, weight, and local regulations.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

8.1. Customer Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or missing shipping information, we will contact you for correction and the package will be reshipped at your expense.
